What is the service about:
The University of Trieste provides students with SLD the following aids:
- 10 smart pens and accompanying notebooks. The pens are able to record both audio and what the student writes on a special notebook and transfer this into a digital format on the computer
- workstations with speech synthesis programs at the central library of the University.
NOTE: Users of the workstations are kindly invited to obtain headsets for the use of speech synthesis
How to request the service:
The service must be requested by contacting the SLD Service and filling in the form.
Who grants the service:
The request is received and evaluated by the SLD Service. The service is provided if it is in keeping with the diagnosis.
