Master students who graduated since October 2011 and have written a thesis related to Plant-based food and Nutrition can submit their thesis and have the chance to win €2500. Alpro Foundation has appointed an expert jury for the assessment of the selected works. The members of the Italian jury are Prof Anna Arnoldi, Prof Cesare Sirtori and Prof lanfranco Conte.
The objective of the Alpro foundation is to support and promote scientific knowledge and research in the field of nutrition and health with a focus on plant-based nutrition and a special interest in soya.
The topic of the thesis must be relevant for the European population and has to be in line with the mission of Alpro Foundation.
