GeCIP Participation Agreement between Genomics England Limited and University of Trieste.

The Genomics England Clinical Interpretation Partnership has been established to give researchers, clinicians and students the opportunity to interpret and analyse specific genome sequence datasets within Genomic England’s database of whole genome sequences. In 2012, Genomics England, a company wholly funded and owned by the Department of Health and Social Care, was tasked to deliver the 100,000 Genomes Project. Genomics England has now completed the sequencing of 100,000 whole genomes and is continuing to support the Department of Health and Social Care in delivering the Genomic Medicine Service for NHS patients.Employees and students of the University of Trieste may wish to participate in the Genomics England Clinical Interpretation Partnership in order to carry out research and analysis of genome sequence datasets using Genomic England’s database of whole genome sequences. This Agreement sets out the basis upon which the University of Trieste agrees to the participation of its employees and students in the Genomics England Clinical Interpretation Partnership.
