Luciana Bartolini

My name is Luciana Bartolini, I am from Argentina and I am 25 years old. In 2019 I hold a bachelor’s degree in Economia Internazionale e Mercati Finanziari and in 2021 a master’s degree in Economia dei Settori Produttivi e dei Mercati Internazionali both from the University of Trieste.

After graduation I worked as a treasurer for Generali Group in Trieste. I also worked as a researcher for a project funded by the University of Trieste on sustainable development goals for communities in Friuli Venezia Giulia.

In June 2022 I participated as invited speaker at Central European Program in Economic Theory (CEPET), a Workshop held at the University of Udine. I presented a working paper (DR LEO 2022) titled «Growth, Lockdown and the Dynamics of the Covid-19 Pandemic».

During the PhD in Economics & Circular Economy I would like to focus my studies on the importance of fiscal and monetary policies related to renewable energy and the impact of green technologies.

I believe this will be an excellent opportunity to develop economic knowledge and to be able to contribute to economic research.
