Our PhD Students: Saleh Samimi

I am Saleh Samimi Dehkordi and I am 30 years old. I hold a master’s degree in International Business Management from the University of Sheikhbahaee in Isfahan and a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Shahrekord. I also have the experience of working as the administration manager of an engineering and technical company for three years. I used to be a professional handball player and I am still really fond of sports. I am also a huge fan of theater, especially scenic design, and I have worked as a set designer in several plays.

 I believe that a PhD program in management would grant me a better understanding of different research methods and systems as well as a chance to expand my knowledge in the field of Management. Furthermore, I am immensely enthusiastic about business model innovation and innovation performance in industry 4.0, and during my PhD, I would like to investigate the effects of industry 4.0 on organizational structures, product innovation, manufacturing process, human behavior, and human resources.
